About Steve Crenshaw

I am first and foremost a Disciple of Jesus Christ. I am a husband, and father of two. I am the founder of the Can-A-Week Project, and I write and speak on Christian leadership and personal growth. I was born in Arkansas but have called Florida home since 1993 when I came here with the NAVY.

I graduated from Liberty University with a degree religion and have been speaking and writing about Christian leadership and personal growth since 2005

I have been, a trapper, a furrier , a cook, an ostrich rancher, a jet engine mechanic, an electrician, a copier technician, a pastor, and a teacher. I know what it means to search for your purpose.

Pinnacle Balance gives me a place to do what I love; help individuals grow, and leaders flourish.

Now that, that, is out of the way I can tell you that I am a normal guy just like all other normal guys. I get angry at the state of the church as I see it and I get ecstatic when I see people accept Christ as their savior and Lord. I know we are not perfect but I also know a lot more is expected of us as Christians and I believe we should try to live up to what the bible says we should be.

About The Featured Image

It is a picture of my families feet taken Christmas 2009 on Jacksonville Beach. I use it to remind myself that discipleship starts at home. Paul tells Timothy that if a man can’t take care of his household, he should not be a leader. This reminds me to take care of my household first.
